6 Week Challenge Menu

Our 6 Week Challenge Menu is designed to match the meal plan in the Sheila Rose 6 Week Challenge. This menu is developed for strict eating habits and “cutting” results.

This menu will be available only 3 times a year, during the challenge weeks. The Challenge menu is available to all clients, though we recommend to sign up for the challenge with Sheila Rose for best results, as she provides each participant with a daily food guide and personalized workout plans to meet your goals.

We also offer our meal prep plans in two sizes, to accommodate all eaters!
The regular size is geared towards a lower calorie intake – 1200 to 2000 a day. It is designed to maintain or help lose weight depending on current eating habits.
The large size is geared towards a lower calorie intake – 2000 to 3500 a day. It is designed to maintain or help lose weight depending on current eating habits. 

All foods are made from fresh and unprocessed ingredients, and are nutritionally sound to enable weight loss and adopt a healthier lifestyle!
