Eat Clean Menu

The “Eat Clean Menu” is our classic menu at La Comida MTL. It changes week to week in order to provide clients with clean foods without getting bored of a set menu. This menu always offers 3 animal protein dishes, and 5 vegetarian/vegan dishes to choose from. Clients can choose any combination of dishes when placing their orders.

Breakfast Menu

The breakfast menu will allow you to enjoy your mornings a little more! Wake up to a tasty, nutritious breakfasts ready to heat and eat! Whether you prefer high-protein eggs, toast, or porridge our breakfasts are here to fuel you through the morning.

Snack Menu

The “Snack Menu” will be your new best friend. Many snacks on the market are made with ingredients no one can pronounce, nonetheless know. Instead of fuelling your body between meals with who-know-what, we’ve developed a delicious, clean and guilt free snack menu!

6 Week Challenge Menu

The “6 Week Challenge Menu” is only available 3 times a year, for a period of 6 weeks long. This is offered in parallel to Sheila Rose’s 6 week challenge, which offer’s its proceeds to the Autism Speaks foundation. This menu is made for cutting purposes and very strict.
