Snacking is often the downfall in our nutrition. Many of us snack because we are stressed, bored, unhappy, you name it, we’ve all done it! The major problem with snacking is that we, of course, do too much of it, but in addition to that, we also do not snack on any good whole foods anymore. In our food system most snacks are mass produced, have a shelf life of over 1 year, and have maybe 3 ingredients that we can actually read and pronounce. At La Comida MTL we don’t feel like thats okay, and you should not have to settle for that either!
Our line of snacks are clean, healthy and most of all nutritious! Of course, moderation is still important, but with one portion you will happily be satisfied and lower the amount of snacking you do while fuelling your body in a much more fulfilling manner.

Many clients will buy 1 or 2 snacks a week, and be completely satisfied. But if you’re an avid snacker, the combo will surely suit your best! We offer the option to add 4 snacks for $25 to any meal plan in order to make it a combo as we love to promote healthy snacking!
