By placing the following order you agree to the following:

  • Understand that no foods can be customized on the menu.
  • La Comida MTL is not an allergen free kitchen, though we pay special attention to sanitization after using allergens. All common allergens are listed in the ingredients. Clients are asked to add their allergies into their order notes for us to be aware of any possible issues.
  • Clients with severe allergies understand that because we use common allergens, we are not liable for any possible cross contamination.
  • Order deadline for delivery Sunday is on Wednesday at 12:30pm
  • No orders can be changed or cancelled after the order deadline.
  • No delivery addresses can be changed after the order deadline.
  • Clients are responsible with providing La Comida MTL with their correct address, email and phone number for delivery at checkout.
  • No orders can be made, changed or cancelled within 48 hours of production (72 hours of delivery) unless chosen by La Comida MTL
  • We deliver to Montreal, Ile Perrot, Vaudreuil, and Laval ONLY. We do not yet deliver to the South Shore.
  • All deliveries are made Sunday mornings as early as 7am & delivery windows will be sent out by Friday. If you are not available for delivery, your food will be left at the delivery’s most secure door & confirmation of delivery will be sent via text message to the phone number provided on checkout.
  • La Comida MTL is not liable for lost, stolen or perished foods if the delivery is not answered / left with text message confirmation.
  • You agree that all foods will be refrigerated upon delivery to ensure freshness.
  • Understand that there are no preservatives, therefore foods may perish after 5-7 days.
  • By placing this order, I am allowing La Comida MTL to add my email to their weekly mailing list, from which I am able to unsubscribe from at any time.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of their food allergies in their order notes. 
  • Due to Square’s refund policy, effective as of June 6, 2023, processing fees will no longer be refunded when full or partial refunds are issued to customers.
  • All orders placed after the deadline as subject to be chef’s choice as we cannot guarantee what meals will have enough surplus for extra portions. Additionally, late orders will be charged a $15 management fee.

    SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • Prepaid subscriptions can be paused at a maximum of once (1) for a period of one (1) week per 4 week period.
  • Auto-payment subscriptions are for a commitment of 4 weeks minimum and can be paused at a maximum of once (1) for a period of two (2) weeks per 8 week period.
  • Auto-payment subscriptions will be charged on the same day as the deadline. Failed payments will automatically re-try every 12h. All previous failed payments must be successful by Friday 6pm. Any pending payments will automatically be cancelled.
  • No subscriptions can be cancelled after the deadline. Clients who leave pending payments or attempt to cancel after the deadline will not be permitted to order in the future and will be refunded immediately on their next attempted order.
  • If meal choices are not sent in by the deadline (Wednesday 1230pm) the subscription will automatically be paused and this counts towards the policy mentioned above.
  • Subscriptions that are paused more frequently, or for extended periods of time, will be charged the equivalent of the discount for the same amount of lapsed time that the subscription has been paused for.
  • Pre-paid subscriptions that pause for a period of 8 weeks or more are null and void. La Comdia MTL reserves the right to not refund the balance of the subscription as our management fee.
