We also offer our meal prep plans in two sizes, to accommodate all eaters!
The regular size is geared towards a lower calorie intake – 1200 to 2000 a day. It is designed to maintain or help lose weight depending on current eating habits. (380-500cal per meal on average)
The large size is geared towards a higher calorie intake – 2000 to 3500 a day. It is designed to maintain or help lose weight depending on current eating habits. Ideal for individuals over 6 foot and 215lbs+. (665-900cal per meal on average)
